About the SIMERP Deduction
The SIMERP (Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan) is a subscription-based benefit plan that provides employees with virtual access to physician care and 100% discounted generic Rx. The monthly deduction is applied pre-tax, reducing the employee's taxable gross wages and generating a payroll tax allotment. The default value of $1,220/month reflects the current enrollment fee.
