How It Works

Enter the client name
This should match the company name exactly as it appears in your file folders. It becomes the "Client Source" label for all matched employees.

Upload the census file
The employee census CSV or XLSX. Must include: Employee Last Name, Employee First Name, Work State, Marital Status, Gross Annual TAXABLE Wages, and Pay Frequency.

Upload the PCMP proposal output
The XLSX output from the PCMP calculator. Must include: Last Name, First Name, Monthly Gross Tax Savings, Monthly Fee, Monthly Net Post-Tax Allotment, and Annual Payroll Reduction.

Process & Append
The processor matches employees by name between both files, calculates wage brackets and allotment categories, and appends the matched records to the live dataset immediately. New records are searchable in Browse Scenarios right away.
